Dear Homeowners,
We would like to remind all Two Rivers residents about the guidelines pertaining to the use of common area ponds for fishing activities. In order to ensure a pleasant and orderly experience for everyone, Two Rivers has implemented a policy regarding all fishing activities. A full copy of the policy is attached below.
This policy is in place to help effectively manage the use of our common areas and to ensure that only residents and their accompanied guests are utilizing the ponds for fishing. No other activity is permitted in the ponds.
First and foremost, an HOA issued lanyard is required effective April 1, 2024. The lanyards will be initially available at the annual meeting on March 27, 2024. After March 27, you may contact Sentry Management to obtain a lanyard. A maximum of two lanyards will be issued per home. Guests are permitted to fish, however, they must be accompanied by a resident living in Two Rivers with a lanyard. There are no exceptions to this policy. Any person who identifies themselves associated with a residence without a resident present will be asked to leave Two Rivers common area property immediately. The Sheriff will be contacted for any person that refuses to leave. Residents who see individuals fishing without a lanyard, or without another individual accompanying them with a lanyard, should feel free to contact the Ada County Sheriff at 208-938-2260 or 208-577-3000.
While we completely understand there are some individuals that do not want to provide any information when asked if they are a resident of Two Rivers, please understand this policy is designed to protect our homeowner’s exclusive enjoyment of our private ponds. Otherwise, it is virtually impossible to prevent non-residents from recreating in our common areas.
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy and helping to maintain the quality and enjoyment of Two Rivers common areas. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact Sentry Management at 208-323-1080 or write Christian Brockl at cbrockl@sentrymgt.com.
Thank you for your understanding and compliance.
